Quality Control Manager - Fort Worth, TX
Location:Fort Worth
Define, develop, implement and manage quality control process to ensure continuous delivery of products consistent with established standards and customer expectations. Supervise a team of quality control inspectors and coordinate with appropriate testing facilities.

1. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate and correct customer problems and complaints relating to quality
2. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity
3. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products
4. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams
5. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
6. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives with production procedures in conjunction with manufacturers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
7. Investigate work complaints regarding quality
8. Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures
9. Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within Company
10. Provide and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle
11. Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
12. Create and direct environmental test functions and applications
13. Maintain active role on internal Continuous Improvement teams
14. Design, develop and implement quality control training programs

B.S. degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline desired. Advanced degree preferred.

1. Minimum 7 years related experience required
2. Supervisory/management experience
3. Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma techniques
4. Demonstrated use of Quality Engineering methods in inspection
5. Experience with developing/documenting procedures
