1. How do I get a link from your website to my dealership’s website?
ANSWER: For your dealership to be displayed in the Dealer Locator on PowerSportRider, your dealership must be within the distance specified by the consumer, and your dealership must be set up appropriately. The information the displays in the Dealer Locator is directly maintained by the dealer using Tucker Rocky's business-to-business website, TRDealer.com.

2. My dealership doesn't show up on your dealer locator or shows up with incorrect information. How do I get this fixed?
ANSWER: We have provided TRDealer.com registered dealers with the ability to maintain their own information. Please login to TRDealer.com to update your information. If you need additional help, please contact your sales rep or Customer Service.

4. Can I buy on-line?
ANSWER: No, Tucker Rocky does not sell to the public on-line. We are a wholesale distributor and do not sell direct to the public in any form. Please use the Dealer Locator on PowerSportRider to find your nearest Tucker Rocky dealer.

5. Where can I buy products in your catalog?
ANSWER: The products distributed by Tucker Rocky are available at over 10,000 dealers in the U.S. and throughout the world.
Use the Dealer Locator on PowerSportRider to find a dealer near you. If a dealer doesn't have stock on the items you need, they can be ordered and you should generally receive them in less than five days. You may also check availability of items by using the Tucker Rocky's Online Catalog on PowerSportRider before you order from a dealer. Most of the dealers with mail-order operations can ship products to you regardless of how remote you might be.

6. How do I become a Tucker Rocky authorized dealer?
ANSWER: To establish a Tucker Rocky account, you must be a retail business with primary emphasis in the powersports market (motorcycles and ATVs). You must have a physical retail location and provide evidence of such via photos, yellow page advertising, OE franchise agreements, business license, etc.
